Although social distancing has led to some big changes in our everyday lives, there are still ways to make the most of this time!
Ryerson and other independent resources have shifted to having an online presence and are offering a variety of services accessible to students.
RSLC@Home

Ryerson Resources
Although the university is not accessible in-person, Ryerson resources are available online for students to use!
Student Learning Support (SLS)
The SLS is still offering one-on-one help online. They’re offering writing, math, English language and study skills appointments by phone or online. They are also offering workshops online. Visit their website to book an appointment.
Ryerson Mental Health and Wellbeing
They are able to connect Ryerson Students to services like the Medical Centre and counselling where they can receive virtual support. Visit the Ryerson Health and Wellness website for more information!
RU Student Life
RU Student Life is offering awesome engaging content including online community drop-ins, movie-watching sessions, and fitness classes through their social media platforms! Visit their website and Instagram to stay up-to-date.

TED is always offering tons of free online courses with a diverse selection of topics and talks to get you through your day!

The World Health Organization has daily updates on COVID-19 news and safety precautions.
Government of Ontario
Ontario has a website for all COVID-19 related news and instructions province-wide.

RU Recreation
RU Recreation has launched virtual fitness classes to help you stay active at home. Check out their Instagram and website for schedules and more information!

This is a free app you can download through the App Store. It sends you motivational quotes as notifications throughout the day.
